I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was working with Vicki
Colker during my relocation to Austin. Vicki was extremely knowledgeable and
patient throughout the entire process. She spent several days working with
us to find a home, then she participated in every meeting with the
builder(contract negotiations, design center, 5 walk throughs, closing). At
all times, I felt Vicki was truly working for me and looking out for my
interests. The home we purchased in Georgetown is at least 35 miles from
your office. Vicki was never late for a meeting and never complained about
the late walk throughs that would start at 6:00PM and not end until 8:00PM
or 9:00PM. Vicki was instrumental in the walk through process identifying
issues with the home that I did not notice.

This is the fourth time I've bought a home and Vicki's customer focus,
knowledge, and responsiveness significantly exceeded
he first three real estate agents that we worked with to buy a home.

Over the course of my career in Austin, I expect to relocate employees to
Austin. I will certainly recommend Vicki to support them as their real
estate agent.
